Visiting with a disability
Here you'll find all the practical information you need to prepare for your visit to the zoo.
Opening hours
The Park is open every day. The last admission and closing of the cash desks is 1 hour before closing time.
Spring and Autumn:
- 9.30 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday
- 9.30 am to 7.30 pm at weekends, bank holidays and school holidays
Summer: 9.30 am to 8.30 pm Winter: 10 am to 5 pm (closed for 3 weeks in January)
Prices
Admission to the zoo is free for all disabled people and their carers, on presentation at the cash desk of valid proof of disability as a declaration on honour and for groups the declarations has to be accompanied by a document from the management of the establishment listing those taking part in the visit.
Access
The Parc zoologique de Paris is located in the 12th arrondissement, at the junction of Avenue Daumesnil and Route de la Ceinture du Lac.

Metro
- Line 8, Porte Doré station: 7 minutes' walk from the zoo entrance
- Line 1, Château de Vincennes station, then bus 46

By car
Individual visitors and families
The Parc zoologique does not have a dedicated car park, but 2 G.I.G.-G.I.C. parking spaces have been created near the entrance on avenue Daumesnil, as well as another on avenue Robert-André Vivien (further away from the visitors' entrance).
Group visitors
There are three drop-off spaces for coaches near the entrance on Avenue Daumesnil.
Parking is available at the Cours des Maréchaux car park (near the Château de Vincennes) or at Bercy. To reserve your place or for any further information: www.passautocar.paris.fr
Groups
Groups of more than 10 people must be booked at least four weeks in advance.
To book a visit, go to the Museum's group booking site and fill in the online visit request forms well in advance of the date you wish to visit. Once you have submitted your request, the visits and activities booking service will send you a booking option pre-validating your visit.
Groups with disabilities
For groups with disabilities, total group size is limited to a maximum of 20 people (including accompanying adults). Above this number, several groups will have to be formed and the reservations department will offer you a suitable solution for your visit.
Prices
Admission fees are waived for groups with disabilities. Valid proof of disability must be presented.
Group self-guided tour: €15 booking fee per group.
This price includes the guarantee of a reservation slot without waiting, even in the event of overcrowding.

On-site services
Loan of wheelchair or walker
On request at the information desk, on presentation of proof of identity. Return to the information point 30 minutes before the Park closes.
Accessible toilets
Toilet facilities are available in the Park at the following locations:
- Entrance forecourt
- Giraffe building
- Aviary door on the Grand Rocher side
- Leaving the Great Tropical Greenhouse
- Outside the Zarafa restaurant
Catering
The Park has two restaurants, kiosks (open seasonally) and two picnic areas equipped with tables, benches, parasols and water fountains.
Tourism & Handicap Label
The Parc zoologique de Paris has been awarded the Tourisme & Handicap label, with the motor, visual and hearing pictograms.
