    • The park has no lockers;
    • Guide dogs are permitted. For all other assistance animals except guide dogs, please contact  us before your visit;
    • The use of scooters or bicycles as well as all group sports activities and those requiring the use of accessories (ball, ball, ball, rackets, skates, etc.) are prohibited;
    • Picnics are permitted, but only in our designated picnic areas (with furniture, water fountains and parasols). There are also various catering outlets. The consumption of alcohol outside the catering concessions is prohibited.
    • Amateur painting, drawing, photography and cinematography, without tripods and on a personal basis, are permitted in the parts of the park open to the public, provided they do not disturb visitors and do not cross safety boundaries;
    • All exits are final.

During your visit

    • Wheelchairs and a rollator (free) are available at the Information Point;
    • Pushchair hire (€5) and binocular hire (€2) are available from the ticket office (subject to availability).
    • The park does not have audio guides, but the free ‘Parc Zoologique de Paris’ app is available in several languages and in audio description (on iPhone and Android).
    • It is essential to respect the animals' well-being: don't bang on the windows, torment them or give them food or objects. Please respect the cleanliness of the green spaces and facilities: use the bins provided and sort out for recycling; do not climb trees or infrastructure, or put children on enclosure railings; do not pick flowers or plants.
    • Picnics are only permitted in the designated areas. To find out where these are, please consult the visitor map.
    • Smoking, vaping and the consumption of alcohol (outside catering concessions) are prohibited, except on the terraces of the Zarafa and Monument Café restaurants.
    • Before leaving the zoo, make sure you haven't forgotten anything! If you haven't, please note that abandoned items that could present a danger may be destroyed without delay or notice. Other lost and found items are deposited at the Park reception desk and, after a month, donated to a charity.
