Wild Event

All throughout the year, the Paris Zoological Park's "Wild events" programme will be offering some exceptional activities, including behind the scenes access, guided tours and many other surprises.

Sensational autumn at the Paris Zoo

Our autumn Wild Events are waiting, promising fun thrills for all the family! From 23 September to 6 November 2022.

Conservation fun run

Take part in the Paris Zoo Fun Run on Sunday 25 September! Run 5 or 10 km along the pathways of the zoo as the animals are waking up: a unique opportunity to explore the park in a different way and to help protect the white rhinoceros, since 100% of the money raised from the race will go to our rhinoceros conservation project. + link to dedicated page Zoo Fun Run

Children can also contribute to rhino conservation by participating in the Choupi Fun Run (for 2-5 year olds) and the Crazy Run (for 6-10 year olds). Two special courses with sporting challenges for kids will be organised in the zoo's open-air spaces on Sunday afternoon (included in the visit).

Thrilling challenges

Don't miss the Thrills Day for children on 31 October, when the zoo will be taken over by strange creatures with a series of fun challenges to keep you on your toes.

Anyone in fancy dress will get a discount off their entrance fee!

Expert opinion

For the final Carte Blanche events of the year, expand your knowledge through 20 minutes in the company of an expert:

  • Saturday 15 October: Jérôme Sueur – MNHN eco-acoustics expert “Monitoring biodiversity by listening to it”;
  • Wednesday 19 October: Françoise Serre Collet - Herpetologist - MNHN - “Snakes and their senses”;
  • Saturday 5 November: Christine Rollard - Senior Lecturer - MNHN - “Spider senses”.

Also during the school holidays, our many activities and feeding times with commentary will make your visit even more memorable!

We are looking forward to seeing you all at the last wild event of the year!
